★Production Line Introduction

       On March 31， the PC production line project in Hainan  undertaken by Hebei Xindadi was successfully put into operation

.

    The project is another important layout of the Haijian Group’s prefabricated industrial base’s strategy in Hainan Province. The project covers an area of about 83.4 acres, of which the production plant covers an area of 22,400 square meters. There are 3 automatic PC production lines, 1 fixed mold table production line, and 1 steel bar production line. The product categories cover all the categories required for prefabricated buildings, and the designed production capacity is 200,000 cubic meters per year.

    Hebei Xindadi provided the whole-process turnkey service of process planning, equipment design, new product development, manufacturing, equipment installation, commissioning, training and after-sales service for the project.
