★Production Line Introduction

    The Mexico Maya Railway prefabricated prestressed sleeper production line project undertaken by Hebei Xindadi was officially put into operation in Sennar, Mexico.

    The Maya Railway will connect five southern Mexico states (Yucatan, Quintana Roo, Peche, Tabasco and Chiapas). The Maya Railway is a national strategic project promoted by the Mexican government in recent years. It is of great political significance. The project will improve passenger and freight services and play a huge role in promoting the development of local tourism.

    Hebei Xindadi provided the whole process turnkey service of process planning, equipment design, manufacturing, equipment basic guidance, production line installation, commissioning, training and after-sales for the prefabricated prestressed sleeper production of the Maya Railway Project.

    The production line will undertake the prefabrication of 1 million prestressed sleepers for the Maya Railway Project. It can produce more than ten types of sleepers used in the Maya Railway in Mexico, with an average daily production capacity of more than 1,200 sleepers.
