★Project Introduction

    The third-phase project of PC production line supplied by Hebei Xindadi in Shandong successfully completed the completion acceptance and officially put into production.

   The third-phase project has changed the distribution and maintenance operation methods of the second-phase project by adding equipment such as distributor, pallet stacker, and curing chamber on the basis of the second-phase project, and realized the mechanized distribution and three-dimensional curing of the second-phase project. As a result, the production efficiency and capacity of the second-phase project have been improved.

    After the third phase of the project was put into operation, Hebei Xindadi provided Shandong Yingshun with 1 set of lattice girder panel/double wall production line, 1 set of integrated production line, 1 set of fixed mold production line and modular house molds, which can realize  lattice girder wall panels, precast production of various types of precast concrete components such as latticce girder panels, precast shear wall panels, precast staircases, precast balconies and modular houses, with an annual output of 150,000 cubic meters of prefabricated concrete components per year.
