★System Features

   1. Concrete conveying centralized control system realizes unmanned control of hoppers between concrete conveying systems;

   2. The distributing adopts spiral distributing machine, which can realize unmanned control and can adapt to the distribution of different component widths (the gate can be controlled separately);

   3. The vibration adopts the array method, which can realize automatic vibration according to the thickness of the distribution, and the vibration parameters can be adjusted according to the width of the components;

   4. The independent curing chamber can realize the automatic curing after the components are troweled, and realize the automatic control of the curing (heating, constant temperature, cooling) in the independent channel.

   5. Mold cleaning: Use automatic mold cleaning machine to clean the bottom surface and side molds of the mold; CNC control system (preset control programs in advance according to different components);

   6. The mold spraying adopts automatic spraying machine to realize the spraying of the bottom surface and side mold;

   7. The entry and exit of the components in the curing chamber can be controlled by the pallet conveying system;
