    Hebei Xindadi Intelligent Prefabricated Component Production Line helps construction of Chongqing-Kunming high-speed railway.The intelligent prefabricated component production line of this project is provided by Hebei Xindadi with services such as process planning, process design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning. This production line is the first intelligent production line compatible with multiple types and varieties at home and abroad.

   The  production line is constructed in accordance with the requirements of construction specialization, factory production, operation mechanization, and management informatization. The use of the intelligent prefabricated component production line makes the machinery and equipment operate in an orderly manner and greatly reduces the number of labor.

   The intelligent prefabricated component production line consists of the automatic transfer and conveying system of the pallet, the automatic demoulding and stacking system of the components, the automatic mold cleaning system, the automatic intelligent spraying system, the automatic molding system of the steel bar, the numerical control automatic distribution system of the components l, the intelligent vibrating system, and the automatic stacking system of the pallet  (effective use of three-dimensional space position), intelligent maintenance temperature control system, production line centralized control system, etc. integrating advanced manufacturing systems such as MES (Intelligent Manufacturing) system, SCADA (Monitoring and Control of Data) system, and PHM (Fault Prediction and Health Management) system, and  has basically realized the automated and intelligent production of components.
