        Hebei Xindadi provided the whole-process turnkey service of process planning, equipment design, new product development, manufacturing, equipment installation, commissioning, training and after-sales service for the  project.

       1. The production line is designed with long-line mold with a width of 2.5m and 4m, and the length of the production line is 80m.

       2. The production line adopts the method of circulation feeding, which can meet the feeding operation of the production line of the two-span workshop through flying bucket.

       3. The production line is designed with two large-span distributor, and the distributor can cover all three molds of  4m width and four molds of  2.5m width respectively.

       4. The production line is designed with an integrated side shifter and prestressing machine, which can realize automatic overall prestressing and destressing  operations.

       5. The production line is designed with an automatic maintenance temperature control system, which can realize intelligent production and maintenance operations. Through the relevant insulation design, it can not only improve production efficiency, but also make maintenance more energy-saving.
