On the vast Gobi Desert in Xinjiang, an “iron dragon” is stretching onward. As an important passageway for the national “Coal Transportation from Xinjiang”, the construction of the second line of the Jiangjunmiao-Naomaohu Railway is in full swing.
Hebei Xindadi has successfully participated in the construction of the second line of the Jiangnao Railway undertaken by China Communications Second Highway Engineering Bureau, and completed the entire process from signing the contract to trial production in just 50 days!
Traditional production line + Intelligent upgrade
This project involves a traditional prestressed sleeper production line. However, it is not a simple replication of traditional production process; instead, it has undergone a comprehensive intelligent upgrade based on traditional techniques. Through a number of technological innovations, both production efficiency and product quality have been significantly improved.
The spiral distributor precisely controls the amount of concrete, significantly reducing the intensity of manual operations, minimizing material waste, and improving consistency.
High-precision molds have extremely high dimensional accuracy and surface finish, which can reliably produce high-quality sleeper products to meet various engineering needs.
The finished product conveyor effectively solves the problem of corner chipping at the bottom of sleepers, ensures the integrity of sleepers during transportation, and improves the overall quality of the products.

Jiangnao Railway is located in the northeastern part of Xinjiang, with its entire line situated in the Gobi desert area. It connects Jiangjunmiao (Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone) and Naomaohu (Yiwu County, Hami City). As a key project in Xinjiang’s “14th Five-Year” railway plan, it aims to improve the regional railway network, promote the “Coal Transportation from Xinjiang” and the construction of the northern corridor of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, and has a far-reaching impact on energy security and border development.
