The side shifter is composed of two independent car bodies, hydraulic control system and electrical control system.
Each car body is composed of a sturdy section steel welded structure, a walking mechanism, a lifting mechanism, and a hydraulic control system.
★Equipment function
The side shifter is used for the transfer of the pallet on the conveyor line, and pallet is transferred from one side of the conveyor line to the other side for the next process.
★Equipment features
1.Servo drive is adopted to ensure that the body runs synchronously and smoothly, and the connection and alignment are accurate.
2.PLC control, automatic track change operation, stable performance and easy operation.
3.The running state of the side shifter is interlocked with the state of the online pallet.
4.Hydraulic jacking, large lifting force, stable lifting.
5.Equipped with hydraulic lock, which can effectively avoid system pressure relief.
