Staircase moulds allow various types of prefabricated staircases from standard staircases up to staircases in a variety of sizes and shapes to be manufactured. In addition, there are individual design possibilities, for instance, for the step surfaces, or the side panelling can be designed in almost any style desired.

We offer our customers an extensive portfolio of moulds for staircases and platforms. We can customize the design and production conditions to suit the given project requirements. The moulds can be supplied as an individual mould or as battery moulds, with the option of concreting vertically or horizontally with fixed or adjustable sizes. This makes it possible to vary the number of steps, the dimensions of the steps and the width of the staircase. The moulds are available purely in steel and in a steel-wood design for the highest degree of flexibility in producing different staircase designs. The moulds can be fitted with vibrators and heating systems to improve the surface quality and to speed up the curing process. Automatic control of the moulds ensures that the maximum degree of flexibility is achieved.
