The expertise and technical knowledge that XINDADI has created and developed for the precast concrete industry since 2005 also allows the setting up of modern and successful production plants for track and turnout sleepers made of prestressed concrete.

We supply both stationary production lines and circulation systems as part of our product range – from individual machines or formwork to turnkey plants.

In close cooperation with a manufacturer of concrete sleepers, XINDADI not only provides the plant engineering, but also equips complete plants.

The optimal sleeper design is only developed once the conditions under which the sleeper in question is to be used are clarified. This includes clarification of the operating speeds and axle loads, whether used for ballasted track or slab track and similar factors.

This is followed by the plant design and the composition of the necessary investments. We tailor our advice and product engineering to match your project.

XINDADI’s commitment does not stop after commissioning, but we supervise the initial production and provide hands-on training in the plants.
